Services Provided

• Turbo 19 Meetings provides lead nurturing, follow-up automation, and database reactivation services for businesses.
• Our services focus on re-engaging your existing leads and customers — contacts that your business has already acquired and lawfully collected.
• We do not generate, sell, or broker third-party leads or lead lists, and we do not act as a lead marketplace.
• All outreach performed through our systems is done on your behalf to contacts you supply, in line with your consent practices and applicable laws.

Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate business and contact information when creating an account or engaging our services.
• You represent and warrant that any lead or contact data you upload or provide (including phone numbers and email addresses) has been collected in compliance with applicable laws and that you have the right to use that data for outreach.
• You agree not to provide purchased lead lists or data for which you do not have clear rights or valid consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and applicable privacy laws.
• You may not use our services to send spam, abusive content, or messages to individuals who have not provided appropriate consent or who have opted out.
• Prohibited activities include transmitting malicious code, harassing others, violating intellectual property rights, attempting to bypass security measures, or using the service in a way that may damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe your use of the service violates these terms or applicable laws.

Service Availability & Modifications

• We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services. Outages, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions may occur.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, delays, or performance issues.

Fees & Payments

• Fees for services (including any SMS or telephony-related fees) will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase or use.
• Some services may be offered on a performance-based or results-based model, where fees are charged only when certain results (such as qualified appointments or sales) are achieved, as agreed in writing.
• All payments are due in accordance with the billing terms presented at the time of purchase or engagement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your use of our services.

SMS & Messaging Terms

• By opting in to SMS or other electronic messaging from Turbo 19 Meetings, you consent to receive messages related to your account, service updates, appointment notifications, lead performance, and other service-related communications.
• Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any carrier charges incurred as a result of receiving messages.
• You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting [email protected].
• We are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to carrier issues or technical problems.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

User Content & Data

• You retain ownership of the lead data, contact records, and other content you provide to us.
• By submitting or uploading data to our systems, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that data solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you (including lead re-engagement, follow-up automation, and appointment scheduling) and improving service performance.
• We will not sell, rent, or repurpose your lead data for unrelated third-party marketing or for the benefit of other clients.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you provide complies with applicable laws and that you have obtained appropriate consent where required.

Intellectual Property

• All software, content, systems, processes, trademarks, and logos associated with Turbo 19 Meetings (excluding user-provided content) are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee any specific increase in revenue, number of leads, or conversion rate. Results may vary depending on your business, industry, data quality, and other factors.
• In no event shall Turbo 19 Meetings, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turbo 19 Meetings, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
  • Your use of the services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
  • Your provision or use of lead data, including any failure to obtain required consent.

Changes to These Terms

• We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
• Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
